ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you after we’ve received your order.

SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of the order date, excluding weekends & holidays. Delays in processing will be communicated within 24 hours.

DELIVERY AREA
At this time, online orders ship only to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

However, we are currently experimenting with International shipping rates. If you are located outside the US (International & Canada) and would like to place an order, please email us at Info@hifrienddesign.com with the items you would like to order and we will get back to you with shipping rates and can arrange International shipping.

Shipping is a fixed flat-rate $5 per order.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs.

SALES TAX
Being based out of Oregon, we have no sales tax. Lucky you!

GIFT WRAP
If your order is a gift, please note that with the order and the receipt will not be included with the package. We can also include a pretty little hand-written note if requested!

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the item to us in its original packaging & condition within 7 days of receipt and we'll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund. Opened, used items, or final sale items CANNOT be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Contact us for further information if a return is required at: info@hifrienddesign.com

MAILING LIST
To be placed on our mailing list and alerted when there are new items or specials, please enter your email address in the mailing list box located at the bottom of any page on our website. Placing an order does automatically put you on the mailing list.

BULK DISCOUNT
We do offer bulk discounts when ordering any of our products in large quantities for wedding favors, company gifts, etc...email us at info@hifrienddesign.com for more information and pricing.

We do not distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstances. The information we collect is used solely to process your order, and we are committed to protecting our customer's privacy.

Information collected for our mailing list is used solely by Hi Friend Design and will not be shared in any way with outside parties. This information may be used for announcing news and product specials only. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please contact info@hifrienddesign.com.
