The beauty of a new year is that each one of us gets a fresh start. How lovely is that? The girls at hi, friend and I ran with that theme and we’re literally kicking off the new year with a fresh start. We’re creating DIY lavender linen spray, and it’s the perfect practical household item. Speaking of practical, we’ve made a new years resolution this year – we’re only crafting/creating practical and/or consumable items. No more junk. Last year, Meg and I both moved a few times and we quickly realized how much stuff we accumulated over the years. We had an AHA moment. We don’t need more stuff. We need quality items that we’ll use often in our everyday lives. With that said, in 2013, you can count on us to feature DIY’s that will work hard for you…and make your house and you shine!
Supplies (makes about 14 ounces)
1 3/4 cups filtered water
Step-by-Step Instructions
4.) Shake again. And spray!
Labeling
5.) Voila! Your homemade lavender linen spray is complete.
*TIP* Create linen spray before placing label on the bottle. This way, if any liquid spills, it’s easy to wipe away and your label is safe from any pouring mistakes.
And there you have it, a terribly easy, delicious smelling, and ubbbbber practical DIY!

LOVED creating this with you! Such a pretty label:)!
This looks so sophisticated! Lovely. I wonder, could you use white vinegar instead of vodka in the spray?
Great question! I don’t know! If you test it, report back. xo
I love this idea and the final product. So thank you! I have a most basic question though. How precisely does one use linen spray? Thanks again!
